When: Starting August 12th

What: This class is designed for people who could see marked improvements by learning how to live a healthy lifestyle. This is a 12 week series of classes that include: the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, tips & tricks, recipes, cooking demos, healthy food to take home, optional classes for: physical fitness classes, diabetes education and resources for healthcare.

When: October 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th, November 6th, 13th, and 20th 3-4:30pm

This is an 8 week series of classes that include: the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, tips & tricks, recipes, cooking demos, healthy food to take home, optional classes for: physical fitness classes, diabetes education and resources for healthcare.

When: Starting September 5th 9:30-11am

What: This class is designed for people who could see marked improvements by learning how to live a healthy lifestyle. This is a 4 week series of classes that include: the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, tips & tricks, recipes, cooking demos, healthy food to take home, optional classes for: physical fitness classes, diabetes education and resources for healthcare.

Where: Palo Verde Family Resource Center

When: November 10th, 17th, 24th 10-11:30am

What: This class is designed for people who could see marked improvements by learning how to live a healthy lifestyle. This is a 3 week series of classes that include: the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, tips & tricks, recipes, cooking demos, healthy food to take home, optional classes for: physical fitness classes, diabetes education and resources for healthcare.

Where: Sahuarita Food Bank

What: Learn to make the fluffiest pita bread, creamy hummus, eggplant red pepper dip and labneh (strained greek yogurt) garlic dip.
